Vocal Alchemy
Vocal Alchemy is a prayerful ritualistic journey using Songs & the Voice co-creatively for soulful upliftment & ecstasy. We begin with basic Qigong practices, breathwork & toning to set an intentional, meditative field, and to begin cultivating a safe container for opening the voice as a group. From there we journey through a variety of chants & practices, until we arrive at the Tribal Ecstatic Chant. Wahkeena Sitka guides the group through an orchestrated polyrhythmic ecstatic chant, opening up the whole body and liberating into total joy. Vocal Alchemy has been shared at festivals such as Beloved, Symbiosis, Emrg’n'See & Mystic Garden Party.

Feminine Radiance
Feminine Radiance is a women’s only workshop for cultivating Self-Love & Sensual Self-Acceptance. We begin by sharing what’s authentic in our hearts, in the moment. Using QiGong, Breathwork, Toning, & Vocal Alchemy tools, we release all tension, frustration, stress and lack of abundant vitality. In a safe feminine container, we are all allowed to deeply love & accept our bodies and our wholeness.

Soul Embodywork is primarily a ceremonial shamanic journey, using sound, internal energy work, & light hands on healing for diving into a deeply relaxed & transformed meditative state of wholeness.
